🇳🇴 In January 2008 we went to Panormos, Crete in our search for our “dream home in Crete”, and we met with Flora for the very first time. Back then she was working  for Interland Company the construction company of Panorama Seafront Homes II. 

To make a long story short, we did buy a flat in the planning complex, it was just a plot, a model and drawings.

In July 2010 we moved into our new flat, fully furnished with help from Flora. Our boys were 11 and 15 years and they just loved the place, and they still do, as well as we.

The Lifestyle Company, Flora and Dean, has been a part of the adventure all the way as our private property managers, a work they have done perfectly and always professionally, with a positive attitude and smile. They have helped us with issues and challenges we have not known how to deal with and have looked after our place all these years as if it is their own. 

When we have family visiting and “problems” occur, who is there to solve this, The Lifestyle Company.

In 2016 TLC became the Property Manager of Panorama Seafront Homes II and for 8 years now they have maintained the entire communal areas and always been “on top” of everything. They have also administrated the financial of the community in an outstanding way resulting in a healthy economy. 

As I am the chairperson of the complex, we have worked closely together to make the complex the “best” for owners and guests.

We will thank TLC for their outstanding service and warmth and have no hesitation of recommend them as property managers.

🇩🇪 We have been enthusiastic holidaymakers in Crete for over 20 years, first alone and then with the whole family. We met Flora and Dean for the first time in May 2021 at our relatives' house, who have had a holiday home in Crete for several years and are looked after by Flora and Dean in terms of property management. From the beginning we felt very connected to them and when our idea soon developed to buy something on Crete ourselves, we did this in close coordination with them right from the start. Construction company, lawyer, tax advisor, everything was arranged or recommended to us by both of them. The support and service during the construction phase and since then (movement was in April 2023) was and is excellent. Availability 24/7, always constructive and friendly, always ready to contribute their own ideas: You can't imagine a better service for administration and rental. Without Flora and Dean we would never have dared to venture on Crete without in-depth knowledge of the language. We were never disappointed and are very grateful for them both!

My husband, Taylor and I live in Hawai’i and in 2017, we took atrip to Greece. After 5 years of visiting many locations and islands in Greece we finally made our way to Crete. It took us all of 2 days to fall in love with this magical island and its beautiful people and we made the very easy decision to purchase a home and plant roots in Rethymno.
